Complacent against lower teams.

I'm Villa and i'm 2nd in the league in mysecond season.
I've beaten the likes of Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Porto in europe and have not lost to the "top 4". However, I always struggle against the Blackpools and the promoted sides.
Any help?

pre match team talk "i expect a win". If losing/drawing at half time team talk disappointed. That should do the trick, if it doesn't, then you should analyze your tactic and see if it is incapable to brake defensive wall and/or vulnreable to counter attacks and then try to solve the problem or ask for help with detailed information.
