Conceding from set pieces and crosses all too often

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not but it seems that 90% of the goals I concede are from either set pieces or crosses.

With crossing the full backs close down the wingers or whoever is crossing, but they never stop the cross from coming in.

With set pieces it just seems that we never clear the ball properly and people put in a rebound, or that we never have a first man in the near post area to clear any deliveries that fall short and as a result they score loads of near post goals where the ball gets drilled in from a corner. (I think that makes sense but its difficult to explain)

If anyone could let me know if this is a bug, or is there something I'm either doing wrong or not doing at all to stop this?

I have noticed that you have the option for players to mark the 6 yard box now. Having one player on clean up duty in that area might help.

I think it's a bug, especially crossing, I concede A LOT of goals from crosses.

Nearly every goal I concede is from corners.
