My player has been seen in bars and missed training and a game aswell so I fined him 2 weeks wages. When I criticise his conduct he says he's not done anything wrong. Is he a moron or what

In Football Manager terms; basically, yeah. He's obviously the kind of character who does what he wants while being sure of himself to the point where he believes he's in the right.

I always send those players to the U-18s and try to sell them. Unless they're already in the U-18s... in which case I send them to the U-23s.

If they're already in the U-23s... erm, I move them to the first team? I dunno, I get sacked a lot.
