Confidence

I purchased Adam Le Fondre at the beginning of my save, and he has gone 12 games without scoring which is obviously affecting his confidence a great deal.

I was wondering does anyone suggest any team talks or personal chats I can give to the player in order to boost his confidence and help him find his scoring streak?
