Park Chu Young has pretty much signed for Arsenal. BBC and Young Guns say the deal is done and is worth 5m (not sure whether it's Euros or Pounds, one would assume the former) - medical done, personal terms need agreeing.

Could turn out to be the best signing we ever made, if he gets anywhere near his potential. Could be the best full-back in the PL within two/three seasons. Apparently, his value two seasons ago(under Jose Mourinho) was 15m, so we got him for a third of his value. At 20 years old. WIN WIN
