:O We argyle fans would never do that ;)
Well done mate, unlucky at missing promotion

I was just making it more interesting :P

I dont really know much about Plymouth.

All I know is that if I get car insurance with Aviva, they would have enough money to buy Dietmar Van Nostelboy. <)

Pre-Season preview

I have a feeling that this is going to get us alot of money! We have lots of Leauge friendlys set us with teams such as Chelsea, Arsenal and Aston Villa. They are all being shown on tele too, which will get us even more money! Here are our pre-season matches. Im going to use my reserve and youth squad, just so the morale of my first team doesnt dip and affect us at the start of the season.

Transfer window open

Its the start of the transfer window, and I have a feeling its going to be a busy one. I already have 3 players comming in, and 3 going out. Im going to bring in high quality players, so that we can push on for a play-off position. Ive sold Bradley Wright-Phillips, as he was on a 5,000 pound p/w contract, and I didnt even play him once! Ive also sold Craig Noone and Gary Sawyer. Ive brough in Ulises de la Cruz, Luca Vigiani and Rubén Baraja.

Full update at the end of next month

As I promised, its been a busy transfer season. The window is still open for a while, but I probably wont be making anymore signings. In total, ive Brought in 10 players, amounting to a grand total of......Nothing! I signed loads of players who's contracts expired. We had 14 players who left the club, which got us 4 million pounds, which is a great help to the finaces. I would get pictures of all the transfers in and out, but im just going to show a screenie, because thats much easier :D

August update

Its the end of a very mixed month. Having signed lots of new players, I needed to find a tactic that suited them. After experimenting in pre-season friendlies, I still hadnt found one that worked well. After experimenting a little more, im glad to say, I believe ive found one that works. Now, to help the team perform better, we need to wait for the team to gel together. Once that happens, im sure we have the quality to do well.
Another good, but suprising, piece of news came when I recieved a message from the Board. They announced that they had formed an affiliation with Fiorientina! I had no input into this what so ever. Im not complaining though, because they can send us loan players, which should be a fantastic help to the club.
Its also the end of a busy transfer window. Ive brought in many fresh faces, and ive also let a few players go. My favorite player has to be Rennella, on loan from Genoa. The young striker plays a wicked complete forward, and looks very good for getting a high tally this season. Im hoping that I will be able to convince Genoa to sell him to me at the end of his loan.

September Update

Its been a much better month that the last. As I said, ive found some tactics that seem to work well with the players I have. As I said Rennella is looking brilliant, and the young Italian has now score 5 in 5 in the leauge, most of my praise goes to Jason Roberts, the powerful striker has scored 11 goal in 9 games in every competition. Roberts player so well this month, that he picked up the player of the month acolade, piping Agyeman and Mellor to the award. Rennella also picked up Young Player of the month, And I came 3rd in manager of the month.
We had a very exciting match with Birmingham this month too. We we're expecting a tough match against the recently relegated side, and they showed their quality in the first half, going into the break 2-0 up. After a motivating team talk, my players came out, and meant business, and we we're soon back at 2-2. 90 mins on the clock, Roberts scores a header from a corner, absolute joy from the fans. 4 Minutes added on, and Birmingham get a corner in the 96rh minute, and typically score with the last kick of the game. 3-3, what a game!

Results

Plymouth 6 - 1 Watford
(Rennella (3), Roberts (2), Vigiani)

Birmingham 3 - 3 Plymouth
(Roberts(2), Vigiani)

Plymouth 1 - 2 Peterbough
(Rennella)

Plymouth 0 - 2 Tottenham

Plymouth 5 - 2 Leeds
(Luijckx, Roberts (3), Boa Motre)

Millwall 0 - 2 Plymouth
(Robinson (O.G),Roberts)

Shock as Rollinson is sacked

The Plymouth Argyle board have today announced that they have lost patience with manager Jordan Rollinson and have sacked him with immediate effect. Plymouth chairman, Roy Gardener, said that Rollinson was sacked due to his poor performances in the league. Rollinson's 3-0 defeat to Newcastle this weekend proved to be his last, as he was sacked straight afterward. Rollinson refused to comment on the sacking, or the future of his career.

Rumors have it that Rollinson is on the verge of signing a contract at Sektzya Nes Ziona, a strugging Israeli premier team, although these reports are yet to be confirmed
