My aim of this story is to start my managerial career Unemployed. I will then apply for numerous vacancies around the globe and build my reputation up in form's of Titles, Promotions and cups.​

Busan is a semi-professionable club who play in the N-League South Korea. They play there home games at the Busan Kuduk stadium. I joined on the 7th July so i missed the opening stage which Busan won which means i am guaranteed a championship match after the closing stage.

I quickly got to work as manager and went straight to the board room and asked to improve youth facilities which they unanimously accepted as they are currently very poor.

My job now was to reduce the wage bill and get rid of any dead wood to make the squad smaller as it was far to big.

From what I've seen, plenty of people follow without commenting. Just encourage people to comment and they will.

Stick a little sentence at the end of each update asking what people think. Works for me. I think people don't want to spam so they don't comment. If you make sure they know it isn't spamming, they'll be happy to comment.

Good start mate, I have done the same challenge as you, will be good to compare. Good luck, hope you do well. Korea is hard to start in, I managed there before, and quit out of frustration
