Consistency Attribute

I have a few newgens with inconsistency as a weakness.
Is there any way to increase this attribute ?

I believe it just grows overtime, there's not a lot I know about it so might want to wait for someone else to come in with a better answer.

Actually I did tutor him with ryan giggs and it still stays inconsistency as a weakness. I am wondering if ti is a dynamic attribute that will improve when he gets first team football ?

You can increase consistency, but only for a 2-3... and it takes luck to do that.

Really don't know... I had regen on fm11 who had 8 consistency, and after few season it increased by 1.
