Consistency?

I don't know how to keep my players to be consistent, they're no where near bad players, and i've made sure all of them have at least 14 determination so I'm not sure whether its a poor formation or what but they struggle to string a sequence of good results and can't come back from a 5 Loss streak. I would have thought they'd be determined to be get at least a draw, I'm Reading and have just loss 4-1 to Sunderland...

Consistency is a hidden attribute in its own right so even if they have high determination if they have low consistency they will be likely to have poor games. I am not 100% sure but I think determination is more important if you go behind
