True to form, A. Contador took advantage of an Andy Schleck mechanical to wipe out the latter's time advantage in today's pyranees stage.. Whilst there was no unwtitten rule that said that he had to wait for AS to get back to his group, I reckon this is typical of the spaniard's win-at-all-costs-&-to-****-with-the-rest mentality.

Opportunism or lack of sportsmanship ? I know which I believe. Let's hope Alberto has similar bad fortune in the days to come.

I think he was just practical, being a gentleman doesn't win the tour de france. Nice guys don't finish first, win at all costs, EXCEPT cheating.

that sucks so much, what the **** happened to sportsmanship. Lance did it, Ullrich did it, that shows that you are a real champion but this is complete garbage

When Lance did it, he had like 3 minutes down to 2nd place... I think he could afford it. Contador couldn't. But I hope, no I KNOW(!), that Andy will say "adíos" to Contador on Tourmalet
