Contract Demands

Hey peoples

Right I got a problem with RVP and his new contract. Originally he wanted more than my budget would give for a bonus and as i couldnt afford it he wanted 225k a week. This annoyed me so i walked away.

Dont know what to do now. Im hoping to talk to him again to see if his wage demsnds go lower. Is there anything else i could do?

i'm in the middle like between transfer windows and he shall be in the last 6 months by the time it opens.shall i offer him out now
 
To be honest (And being an Arsenal fan this is painful to admit) you really shouldn't sell him (Bit ironic there :L )

Try talking to him and threatening to transfer list him if he doesn't agree to sign a new contract, and he will normally say he doesn't want to leave. Then offer him a new contract.

Also try offering a high agent fee, loyalty fee, automatic contract extension after so many games in his last year, a fee for getting so many goals a year and high appearance, goal fee, etc. Doing these things should allow you to lower his wages significantly :)
 
Thanks mate,tried some of the stuff you said and it worked took abit of a pay cut too. and i hope you guys win tomorrow ;)
