Contract Help !!!!!!!!!!

Ok, basically its not about player contracts but staff, but don't know where else to put it "

Everytime I try to sign a staff member, say I want a coach, it automatically changes the contract to that of an assman,so i can't sign them, but i'm A.C. Milan nd don't want to get rid of mine, anyone know what the **** to do to stop it ???

as in its frozen on that, i can't change anything. Even if they're interested in joining, it won't let me change a thing
