Okay, so I'm playing at the Israeli League, Managing Hapoel Tel-Aviv.
I'm trying to sign one of the players (Raz Shlomo) since the start of the season on a new contract but since there is a salary limit for U21 in the Israeli League he won't go into negotiations with me.
I couldn't offer it through out the season at any point so I had to release him.
After releasing him I went to check where he went to (keep in mind I finished top of the league too).
He went to Nes Ziona (Team that was expected to be relegated but finished bottom half)
I don't know what to do with myself... he was my star CB
Edit: Now it's starting to happen with other players... it's not realistic that they won't talk to me about the contract but then go to a team that can offer only lower...
