Contract renewals

How can I get someone to renew contracts for me?

I've chosen a League of Ireland team where contracts are yearly renewed. There is no way I'm prepared to renew 40 contracts every single year!

This must be possible in Classic mode if its in the normal game - thats the point of it no?

I looked for it as well and I couldnt find anyone to do it for me. Surely its something they could patch in as its a real drawback of classic mode when you play in a smaller team.
