At the beginning of the game I play, I mutually terminated contracts with coaches/players I didn't want in my squad. After a period of time I came to a conclusion that someone who was Head of Youth Development in my squad before and whose contract got mutually terminated at the beginning would be good as a Scout. The problem is that now he doesn't even want to start negotiating for contract with my club. Is there any possible solution on regular or irregular (editing the game) way to get him in my club? He is unemployed currently and I tried with FM Editor Live, but I couldn't manage to find a way to give/force him a contract or job in my club.
