I have a real doubt at the moment!
I have signed a 14 yr old Regen to a 10k contract with a 30% wage rise till 31/6/2017.
As he can´t be on a professional contract till he is a 17 yr old lad, he is now earning 2,9k per week.
In fact, he won´t be able to "earn" HIS real contract till the beginning of the third season.
The weekly wage for that year (third season) should be £16.900.
My question is the following:
How is he going to earn the full amount of the contract (for the full 5 yrs) if he is not earning his real contract till entered the third season?
Is he going to receive the difference between the amount he should have earned in the first & second season instead of what he perceived in the reality in an straight fee once he becomes a 17 yr old lad?
