Contracts

Hi All,

Do you all negotiate contracts yourself or delegate to your Director of football?

I tend to delegate but when I do this the DOF does not seem to take finances into account and I end up in the Red.

So thought's?

I've learnt from bitter experience not to leave this to anyone else - on a previous save I lost Griezmann (valued at almost £50m) for £12.5m because of a minimum release fee agreed by the DoF and had a reasonably mediocre player I was looking to get rid of given a 5 year contract with a 50% annual wage increase - I couldn't get rid of him and he went from £40,000p/w to more than £300,000 p/w in 5 years....so absolutely do it yourself!!!

Only thing I get my DOF to do is bid for players. Wouldn't let them touch contracts
