Conversation selection sector are missing

Mine conversation answer selection sector are all empty. Tried reinstalled with pure version from steam still having this problem. Any idea what's gone wrong?

After file checked by steam, reinstalled, still having this problem.

Probably worth reporting this on the SI forum. Looks like a bug.
