okay, i'm watford in 2019-2020, first year lost in play-offs second year promoted, now four years 9-9-11-12 in pl, alomost fired bc 4-2-3-1 didn't work last season. now 3 dc 2 wb 2mc 1 am 2 st and it works. i play with 2 cd, 1bpd , 2 cwb 1bbm, 1 bwm, 1 t/ap(depends on player in postition) and af cf an p. I always played with wingers. now i'm trying to convert 2 of them to cd, because i'm disappointed about my bpm's. both of the wingers are best as playmakers. will it take long to convert them and will it help? players are lucas piazon and a regen
