Summer Transfer Window 2016

Transfers Out

Only 3 players left including Bernard for ?20million to real Madrid but all of that happened before i arrived, I almost sold Ferrerya more out of frustration as he pestered me for a move throughout the window.

Transfers In

I spent almost ?40million on a whole host of new players including my former player Adil Rami (DC) and long term target Jonathan Silva (DL) and a whole host of amazing strikers including Negredo, Rooney, Van Persie and Morata.
Morata was the only one to cost real money as the other 3 strikers only cost around ?5million in total.

Very Tough Champions League Draw

Now that is a tough draw Liverpool, Dortmund and Porto and i very much doubt i will be retaining the Champions League with this side!

6 wins out of 8 in my first few games in charge as we loo to sew up the league nice and early. Out of all those strikers i bought the one that was already here Ferreya has been the best one by a mile so far as Negredo and Morata have really struggled.

4 points clear at the top already and we havent even got to the winter break yet, Dynamo kyiv are a massive 10 points behind us already and they are usually are only threat.

I felt like we needed another striker as beyond Morata, Ferreya, Rooney, Van Persie and Negredo who else do we have as backup.
In all fairness i will be looking to sell the likes of Douglas Costa and Alex Teixeira who are not getting a look in at the moment so there will be plenty of room for Ibrahimovic.

I finally lose my first game in charge of Shakhtar against Porto in the Champions League bringing to an end my 16 game unbeaten run. Morata has really stepped up a gear this month as i begin to realise that the Tika Taka tactic is not for this team.

So this month saw me change my tactic and it worked wonders with 6 wins in a row and more importanly we destroyed a few teams getting 5 plus goals. We also had an amazing end to the Champions League Group stages with impressive wins over Dortmund and Liverpool

11 points clear with a game in hand as we go into the winter break and wont play in the league until next March now, Dynamo Kyiv have been non existent this season and we beat them comfortably.

After beating Dortmund in the final match of the group stages we managed to top the group despite a bit of a dodgy start including my only loss as Shakhtar boss to Porto.

So i have a lot of simming to do now with no game until March 6th 2017!

I just realised the 3 clubs you managed are among the best in Europe, yet IRL don't have a single champs league between them.

Interesting, I guess Shakhtar and PSG are only really seen as big clubs due to the money they can spend not what they have really achieved and Arsenal are just rubbish

Thanks man love me a golden oldie! we had ?50million to spend but i didnt spend half that as most of it went on the wages, Xavi wanted ?300k a week to come! It helps that we are filthy rich. thanks for reading

To be honest i thought Rooney would be doing a lot better than he has been and the cheap fee i got him for i didnt mind the wages but he really hasnt performed and he is only 31 i think?

Only 4 games to go and then its back on the job hunt, With the add and remove leagues i have from the end of june the following leagues loaded, Holland, Portugal, Scotland, Russia and Germany.
Once i win the domestic treble at a country i will get rid of that specific country.​
