Copying squads from older versions of FM

Hi guys,

I know this is a question which is probably asked often, but I couldn't find an answer to it anywhere else.

I have a great squad on FM12 and I know there is no backwards compatibility, but is there an easy way using the editor for me to copy the whole squad or individual players, or will I have to input all of the attributes manually into FM14?
