Could anybody tell me how to fix this fault with the Editor (screenshots)

The editor has worked fine before, but when i came to use it last night this came up, ive searched it online and a few people have the problem but there is nothing helpful out there.

I am using Windows 7

Also i have reinstalled FM and it still came up with this error

Have you re-downloaded the editor ?
