probably would be close at least top 4 in spain italy and others top 4 in premier league though would be difficult
 
very hard in spain believe me my record with malaga was unreal and i still finished 20 points behind barca. you have to get to at least 92 points id say in la liga to win it...at least. in every single 1 of my fm games the least ammount of points barca ever got was like 94

*should note i improved barcas stats a little bit*

As GodCubed said above, that is actually easy to achieve with that kind of money. Although, the reputation issue might come into play with regards to who you may be able to sign. Players might not be willing to sign for your side even though you have a lot of money, simply based on the fact that 17-20 equals a low reputation most of the time. :)
 
If you know the team well enough and have done a few saves with them, it's possible to do it without any extra money if you use a few "pay over 48 months", i just about managed it with west brom
 
who could you realistically sign tho if your rep is below 7000 to win the league? ganso/neymar? good but their young and take time to adapt....100 mill for me wouldnt be a lot, id need another 50 mill or so

yer he had a reall bad start 1 in like 9 games but score twice against liverpool and he never looked back!!!
tho i mad sure he plyaed only about 65-70mins each game since he didnt have the fitness
 
It is not the hardest challenge on FM but I think people are believing this is easy to achieve , I do not think it is easy.For example , Blackpool have £100M to spend to get into the Top Four , that means they will need a completely new starting eleven which will probably cost more than £100M if they buy quality players (which they will need to reach the Top Four). Another thing is the reputation of the club , what Champions League quality player will go to Blackpool? Even if you do manage to sign 11 quality players , it will take time to adapt to England and gel with their team-mates , so by the time your squad has adapted and gelled fully it will be around December / January and by then it will be too late to push on for the Top Four as you'll most likely be lingering around the bottom half.
 
Most likely yeah, depends on which side you are, reputation will hinder a side like Blackpool's chances, as you're not gonna get people like Pato & Aguero joining them.

but you make it even harder by actually buying 11 new players it takes about 5 or 6 with good prem experience and solid defense for myself - yes it may be different for others! but that how i did it!!!!!! ONCE!!!

exactly its not exactly a tough game but it should be hard enough to accomplish. 100 million every season not so much, prob take 2 3 years

its not your team that matters, the other top teams should be too hard to overtake..like in epl u would have overtake united, arsenal, chelsea man city and even liverpool and spurs. in la liga less threat to top 4 but eclipsing barcelona and real.
