4-3-3, with a defensive midfielder two wingers and a advance forward. I play direct, using the flanks, fast tempo, inflexible and counterattack.

Here, you are trying to exploit space rather than creating it. Look at your recent match, would you say that the space was there to exploit ? If not, try to play a simlair game but this time, so the following

Roles:
FC- use one on support or a False Nine
Wingers- one on attack and one on aupport
DMC/MCs- one on attack, support anddefence
Back 4- One wide player on atattack

Instructions
Try to create space by..
Using a slower tempo ( or just not using a higher tempo)
Dont use a more direct style
Push up the team

Start with these and look at the flow of the game( comprehensive at the very least ). When do you Create chances, when do you loose the ball etc.
