Countinho or Pjanic

So, somehow Liverpool got relegated in the 2013/2014 season, and Coutinho and Pjanic are both transfer-listed by request. Countinho is up for 11.25 mil and Pjanic is up for 15 mil. Which would you get and why?
I'm managing Arsenal by the way, so yeah. And help would be great.

Depends a little on which position you're playing. I'm using a Roma save atm and using Pjanic, and he is only useful in the center atm. I'm in my second year and also trying to find a few players myself. Countinho is best as an AMC or IF, while Pjanic is more Treq or AP in a deeper role. Coutinho is better i'd say though.
