Im playing as Burnley and :
1) I have major trouble with finances. I get a good transfer budget but it will always make me go into debt. I currently have 3x 25mil loans at 100k/month each. My chairman status is "Happy to stay". How long until he leaves and somebody who is worth more buys my club? My minimum expectations now are to win the EPL, win the champions league etc because i have in the past (very luckily) and i dont have the finances to do this now.

2) My stadium cant be expanded because of council wont allow me. How much money do i need to get a new one built? Ive only got a 30,000 seater at the mo.

Im in 2021 btw.

Edit : Also is there any way to get better corporate facilities? Mine are "average" atm

basically the only thing u can do to increase the likely hood of getting taken over is to win competitions and hope for the best. there's no definite way to make sure you get taken over, all you can do is be successful and hope that attracts buyers. For a new stadium you would need to have good finances as its expensive so I wouldnt expect a new stadium until you get taken over.

Go "Arsenal" with your transfers, sell one or two good players aged 26-30 for a massive sum and replace them with some good young regens. Avoid using the transfer funds given and try to make a profit. On my current game with United my chairman had to inject around 50M at the start of the season, but as I rebuilt the team by selling all the older players except Rooney Fletcher Evans and Welbeck and buying some young talent I've managed to win the league title three times in a row, lowered the wage costs by half a mill(thats 26 M a year) and now instead of a 50M cash injection to keep the club going we expanded the stadium by 21000 and 8000 seats.
