CRASH DUMP HELP ASAP

i keep getting this message everytime i try to load my game, i really don't want to start again. any ideas how to fix?

A serious error was encounterd and the allpication will close.
An error file had been generated in: C:/Users/Documents/Sports Interactve/Football Manager 2012/ Crash dumps/FM 2012 v12.1.1.244099 (2012.2.26.18.23.57)/dmp
