Crash Dump help

Ever since installing the game last weekend the game keeps on crashing and giving me a message as shown below

I've looked on the forums and tried changing certain things but to no avail, I'm presuming somebody and here has a much greater knowledge than me on this and any help at all would be appreciated.

I've tried both yeah, unfortunately neither have stopped it happening, seems to always be directly after a game on manager overview, could be something to do with it i guess

Any suggestions would be appreciated, I have no idea aha
