Crash Dump on certain date

on my brighton save, whenever i try to submit my team on the 17th december it keeps crash dumping, tried it three times and all same result. also tried to holiday the day but with no luck. is there any way of fixing this or will i have to start over?

I have a similar problem where the game crash dumps in December. i also tried holidaying through with no success. do you use any custom updates, additional leagues etc. in your games. i am currently trying to holiday a game without any additional add-ons. when it crash dumps does it come up with an error message Football manager 2012 12.1.1 244099 (m.e v993) or similar. just trying to do a process of elimination.
