Crash dump

Anyone else having crash dump issues? This is the first FM I have ever this issue with

I had one once, it was mid match as I tried to make a substitute, but other than that, it seems to be running quite smoothly.

Only had one luckily, I have a few games going and this is the only one I have had the issue with, go figure it happens on the one game I was really enjoying haha

I had one 3 times on the same day, so I had to go on holiday to get past that particular date.
