Crash dump

Ive just got a crash dump and ive lost all my games and everything
does anyone know how i could do anything
im on the new steam
i have looked at other threads but they either dont offer solutions or are for the old version of steam

They work exactly the same for the new Steam, I'm on the New Steam and it works fine.

i tried it an hour ago and i couldnt work it but it seems to have worked now thanks guys

It hasnt worked ive lost all my games apart from my one on the demo
