Crash Dump

Was 3 minutes into my first preseason friendly, Rooney had just scored a penalty and then this Crash dump popped up.

Anybody know why? This is the first problem I've had with any FM....

Think it was as I had updated some graphics stuff....

I have just experienced my first crash dump, not a nice experience lol! How do i go about it not happening again? Thanks

I've been trying to find out on the SI Forum, but have had no luck. I tried a new save file same happened.

I've updated Java, my graphics stuff and dx etc, I haven't got a clue what it is. A little annoying as I've never had trouble with any FM before. I only play in 2D aswell.
