Crash Dumps-Training

Whenever I click training, it shows 0 coaches and when I go to a player's training page, an error pops up and then FM crashes. I lasted halfway through the season with this problem and I couldn't take it anymore so I loaded up a previous save, before the crashes. I think I figured out the problem, before I resigned as Romania's manager, it was working fine, and then afterwards, it crashes. So is there a way to resign while not having the problem occur? Btw I don't use facepacks.

i am getting the exact same problem!!!the astonishing thing is that my brothers career is unaffected!!!his game is normal without the training problem!!pls help!!!

I have this too, I did resign as England manager a few weeks previous to the crash now that you mention it - is it linked?

It seems linked, since I reloaded a saved game and then I didn't resign at all, and there's no problem. But whenever I did resign, it happened again.
