Crash dumps

Hi guys,

I have download the player faces, logos at this sites. problems is i manage to have the faces and logo BUT.... when in the match, when i wanted to change tactics, making sub i would get crash dump. It only happen whe i put in these file... how should i do to get the crash out to make the game works by having those faces and logos with it. Would kindly appreciated.

To see if it is the downloaded files rename the graphics folder to something else so that the game doesn't recognize it and try again and see if it crashes.
