crashes on the 28th of july

If i start a new save now it always crashes on the 28th of july ingame in preseason.
I tried every solution i could find online about crashes but no luck.
Maybe someone here has an idea?
It is processing on that date and the crash

I have a legally bought game, dont worry
I found the problem, the Dutch lower leagues database doesnt work with the new update
