My Crawley Town 3rd Season.....

League 1

Right so i thought i would start a career with Crawley Town with a aim to reach the Premiership within 5 seasons.

Need to work on the STAFF side of the club any help would be great lads!!!

CML = advanced playmaker
CMR = box to box
CBL = central defender -stopper
CBR = central defender -defend

im really struggling for staff i need a few faces to come in i have to scouts and they come back with nothing all the time !!!!
 
try Lee carsley he usually becomes good and cheap when he retires
 
he dont seem to be there on my game hahah i also thinking about replacing RAYNOR as my assitant manager but i wanna make sure i get the perfect guy that will take me to the premier league just beat oldham in my 1st game in league 1 3-0 away ;)

started of soooo well 13 points from 5 games this morening i have played about 8 and loast 7 of them i dunno whats going wrong !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
John Murtough is a decent all round coach for lower leagues usually :) think he can be an assistant too.
