Whats tweak/mentality do you think will be best for aston villa first season?

I'm so confused, I couldn't get the tactic to work like this at all with Man Utd.

Did you do anything special with your team talks?

Pre-match team talk left to assistant (at United he is good).

Then for any player who does not react positively I always use 'Calm' - I have faith in you to make a difference.

Half-time:
Losing, or Drawing against weak team - Aggressive, I expect better or you are embarrassing yourselves

Winning narrowly (weak opposition) - Calm, I am not happy
Winning narrowly (strong team) - Calm, I am happy

Winning, by 2+ goals - Calm, I am happy (later in season against strong team I tell them to avoid being complacent.

What starting line-up are you using?]

I only started with this tactic in season 2 so made a lot of transfers (page 32).

With no transfers I would use:
GK: De Gea
RB: Darmian/Valencia
RCB: Smalling/Jones
LCB: Bailly/Rojo
LB: Shaw/Buy another backup, Willems is perfect
RCM: Herrera or Mikky T
CM: Blind/Schneiderlin/Schweinsteiger
LCM: Pogba/Fosu-Mensah
STR: Depay/Rashford
STCL: Ibra/Rooney
STL: Martial/ maybe Mikky T

Sell or loan Fellaini

Not certain where to use Mata, try at STR or CM as box-to-box if you do not want to sell him.
 
Anyone know a good alternative to CF's? My side only just got promoted to championship so I don't have any CF's. Though I might wait till I get to the Prem to try this tactic when i'm more likely to some better players.

Was thinking of trying F9's on the left and right and either Poacher, AF or TM on attack in the center and see how that goes.

What tweak& mentality will work with villa& any players to sign in championship to suit this tactic?

Well,what can I say-with pretty average Valencia team I won La Liga.Switched to this tactic 22/10 from game vs Las Palmas and it worked very well.Before this one I tried 4-4-2 simeone from Korean FM but didn't work well(too many draws as you can see).Probably weak form of Barca and Real M helped me to win it too.Overall I'm happy with tactic-with better players I'm sure I can win CL too,but my board did give me f.a. next season so I'll probably wait another year lol
