CRAZY 433 - BARCA: SUAREZ 88 GOALS + MESSI 65 GOALS + NEYMAR 43 GOALS IN 1ST SEASON

Tried it with Spurs now and had a really good preseason run where I beat Schalke 8-1 (!). But then, when the season started i started conceding badly. 3-0 loss to Liverpool away, 3-3 Man United home, 3-2 win against West Ham and so on. Only solid win was against Swansea 3-0.

Also tried it with Bayern against Dortmund and i conceded flippin 5 goals in 70 minutes (scored 6 though). Flippin 5 for gods sake.

This tactic def doesnt feel solid like the best ones from FM16. Happy for the rest of you but i prefer a much more solid tactic, rather getting 1-0, 2-0 victories than 3-2, 5-3 victories

Check my results. This and any tactic needs time for players to get used to it.Play it for a season, retrain your players to the positions and you shall reap the rewards.
 
SPFC last tweak is a beast, i only had to change my central forward from CF to Poacher and boooooommmm lot of goals and first in the table with an underdog team.

No OI´s and talk to your players Assertive at home, calm Away, and praise them if the had a good match.

P.S: Judge the tactic once you've played like 20 games, not only for the first or second game, that's not fair.

I'm using this tactic now for more than a season and I must say, the results are great. Read a lot about the tweaks people are making, but with Inter the only adjustment that had a huge impact was setting the mentality from Attacking to Control. Now in 2nd season I can use the Atacking mentality more often in some matches, I think because my players are better and got used to the tactic.

To be honest, I use this tactic for 90% of my games, but sometimes start with a 433 counter attacking formation from Mr L or switch to that one when I'm 2-0 up in an away match or this 443 tactic isn't really working. And in very rare occasions I start with a 343 to keep the AI guessing.

Until now, I've been winning all prizes I could win (Serie A, Italian Cup, Europa League, Italian SuperCup, European CuperCup) and my win percentage is great.

Works great away too? My team is Avellino from Italy. Got promoted to Serie A the first season. Serie A is something quite different from Serie B. The board are happy as long as we dont get relegated.
