it's not that easy to answer mate. For me personally there's nothing like a "cracking / killing the engine" tactic or whatever.
I think many tactics posted here have their good and bad sides.

My favourites are:

- TFF's Reaver
- 4222 Brazil's Samba Football
- CRAZY 433

I only tweaked this one, because it makes it more stable and better working for me - what does not mean that it's an engine cracker or whatever. I just wanted to play an 4-3-3 :).

Generally it could be said that you always can trust the tactics of following guys in this forum:

- TotalFootballFan9‎
- ChristianEriksen
- jesaustralia‎
- FM14SERBIA
- zyndar‎

And of course it's only my opinion! ;)

@SPFC I have downloaded the tactic named " testando 1 ", what are you opinion about this tactic ? Better that the two others with tweaks ? Thanks

Honestly, I have not worked on this tactic anymore. I can not assure you of results with her, as I said. I would continue, for now, with the original or the SPFC tweak
 
Just took over Everton (relegated to Championship a few seasons ago) in the middle of the season in my journeyman career. They're adapting very well to the new tactic!

**** you, Pep! Haha. He's still there in season 2022/23 - but maybe not for so long after losing like this to a Championship-side. 1-1 in the first game away - 9-2 at home!

Using the SPFC tweak on 17.2 version. I'm unbeaten in 11 games since taking over, I'll be posting more results later if this keeps going :)

My journeyman career started in the third tier danish league with sunday league experience. I've largely been using versions of this 4-3-3 tactic throughout the career and it has gotten me great results! A win in each danish league and now a job in Everton where I might get promoted to the good ol' PL soon.

what sort of CM is everyone using? do they have to be bbm type? reason is I've tried Ozil in there and his ratings weren't good
 
Yellow Cards

Hi to you all,

Do you all get at least 4 - 5 yellow cards in a game? I also have more red cards then I would like.
It there something I can change? How can I change the player Instruction during the game when a player gets
a yellow card.

I am using the V2 SPFC tweak.

I'm using the jesaustralia OI's and letting the assistent do all of the training. (i feel this works better then doing it with att mov home and def pos away)
 
UNREAL!

this tactic is unreal, haven't lost a single game with aston villa!
