Crazy asymetrical tactic that works?

Whats up everyone, after working for a while with this tactic, I think its time for me to unleash it on the world.

You can find most of the description in the file link, I wanted to make this thread to get some feedback/ideas/whatever people think about it. I'm using it with my Heerenveen side with great success, 7 wins in my first 7 competitive matches. I'll use this thread to update the tactic, and how its working on my team so far.

Good start doesnt mean anything mind posting up screenshots of the tactics?

It's the Jan. transfer window now, and my team is 13 points clear, with the most goals scored, and fewest against. I posted a screenshot over of the table at the download link. Biggest result was a 5-2 win over Valencia in a EURO group stage game. Tactic is working well, grinds out a lot of results, but I blow out weaker teams at home. Hope you guys try it and tell me what you think!
