Create a skin!

Is there a programm to create a skin?
i want to create one but I can’t find a guide or anything else!
please help me!

No there isn't A program. You have to use a graphics program such as Photoshop or Fireworks to create the skin yourself and then medd about with all the xml files too.

someone should create a guide to make skins, as in what xml files do what and what graphics are what etc. etc. how to get it set up.

i seem to remember a guide ages ago for champ man 03-04 does anyone know what im talking about??
