Created club

I've just created a club and put them in Blue Square North. I won the league my first season but I noticed that I couldn't compete in any of the domestic cups such as the FA Cup. I thought this was just a minor glitch but in my second season I couldn't compete in any of them again! Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

you have to be a club for 4 years before you are in the fa cup
