created player in game

i was going to create a player for my new game on the editor and was wondering is it better to create a youngster and watch him mature or create a mature enough player just to help your team and has anyone had any sucess with either?

its better if you start them out younger and then let them grow, then again it depends on the team that you are using. If it is a lower division team, then let him be mature and help the team along the way and if u are using any top flight team let him grow.
