Creating A Country

I thought of doing this on last year's game, but the thought of creating a country is just overwhelming. I just don't know where to put it, or what the background info would be. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Fictional country with just about everything in terms of background info etc. is all there.. although at times comical...

Tried making a database based on this country a few times but they weren't really that good. I really struggled to come up with clubs so I made a thread on here where people could 'make their own clubs' but it wasn't really successful.

I've created the old yugoslavia and USSR but not a brand new country, would be a bit long.

As for the clubs...i think u could use the extinct ones....just change cities and stadiums....
