Creating A league

Hi im new to this forum and just upgraded to fm 2011 from 2010. i have been trying to create the ghanian premier league as well as a child division and a cup. everything goes well but when i test the nation rules the editor will say something like "teams must belong to the parent or child division not both". this, even though no team is in both divisions. is it because teams from both divisions are in the cup and that is confusing the editor. help would be appreciated

the link u gave me was for a player update. and useful as it is it does not contain the ghanian league
