Creating a legacy

I am about to start a new career but this time I want to set up everything for the club to be successful in the future not just now, I am starting in the championship, will buy youth players and get my own coaches etc

has as anyone seen a guide to setting up a club from training to scouts to coaches ?

Finances are the toughest thing I suppose. I sold a lot of my best players to make it to the top with Swansea but the money sort of stops coming in.. your sponsorships are a fraction of what your rivals are. (I make £60m a year from sponsorships, United... PSG, City make over £200m) yet I still make better signings than them and have better youth talent because I scout and find talent early. (Italian regen called Gabriele Cabrella is a beast, cost me £5m and is worth over £50m now)
