Creating a Nation

I have made a new nation by editing a different country and yet when i want to choose it to be able to manage a team in it refuses to let me choose it does anyone know why this happens? and how can i sort it out

hey I set the nation's continent but i still can't get the national team playable. The national league works fine though. Thoughts?

i think my issue is i have a population of 0, how to i set nation population?

set fifa full member options. i think thats the problem

The national team works in game, they are in FIFA World Cup qualifying. My issue is it won't let me become the manager of the national team. I've selected all the players from nation in custom database at the start like for the San Marino challenge, but still the national team isn't selectable. Also they won't let me apply for the job in game.

also, how to I make my manager the custom nations nationality?
