Creating a rich club issue

I've tried a few times to create a consistently rich club. Through adding sponsors, finances, sugar daddy owners and reducing wage budgets. Without fail by season 3 I'm in administration. Even pulling in 2 Billion a season through sponsors I end up with 700 million i debt somehow.

Is there a way around this? Have I missed a button somewhere?
