Has anyone edited a game where they change nothing but give a team a state of the art youth system?
I want to edit a smallish team form maybe a non english league to have ful stats for training and youth system (as if a tycoon has taken over and pumping his money into the infastructure)
Has anyone done this? What is a good way of going about it and what teams/ leagues would this work well in?
