Creating cup in editor

Can someone help me create a format for creating a Scottish Cup with 38 teams entering the third round.
Everytime I try I keep getting errors

4thQR - X amount of teams enter
1st round - 64 Teams enter
2nd round - 0 Teams enter
3rd round - 38 teams enter

you would need 80 teams in the fourth qualifying round.

Sorry to be a pain, but how many teams does that mean I should enter alltogether

if my maths is correct then that shuld make 182 teams.

btw the blanks in teh new teams column should be 0's, not sure why it changed them.

no worries mate, once I got started it wasn't too hard as I'd got excel doing all the maths for me I just needed to plug in the numbers and it was all there infront of me so I didn't even have to remember any of the numbers.
